Congrats to Ms. Amy Doty, our Excellence and Opportunity Champion for the month of September! She has worked to make space for all learners at @mbpollardms. She has empowered her staff to lead and support students, recognizing their unique gifts and talents. She has worked to create space where students' experiences are honored and to help them navigate the school culture. She uses data as a springboard for her conversations with her students and staff. She has embraced AVID instructional strategies and created an AVID elective in her middle school to support academic success. #OneChatham
