Welcome to Chatham County Schools! We are excited to have you join our community. The state of North Carolina is currently transitioning from PowerSchool to Infinite Campus as its new student information system (SIS). As a result, online registration services are temporarily unavailable for the 2025-2026 school year for students in grades K - 12. The new enrollment system will launch in July 2025. 

Kindergarten Pre-Registration:

Phase One includes completing this Pre-Registration Form that will provide your school with some basic information about your child. Pre-Registration helps CCS plan for 2025-2026 enrollment and allows us to keep you informed about registration and back-to-school events.

Phase Two includes the formal registration process within the new Student Information System (Infinite Campus). In early July, information about accessing the new online registration system will be distributed via email and will also be found on the district website under the Enrollment section. The full registration process must be completed online in the new Student Information System (Infinite Campus) before a student is officially enrolled for 2025-2026 school year.
